At Seshni Consulting (Pty) Ltd., we take extreme care in sorting through the CV’s which we receive as a result of the advertisement. We ensure that all accepted candidates are sufficiently qualified and possess the relevant skills and experience as specified in the job specification.

ü Assessing Responses:

Once we have a sorted the responses into applicants who fit the specified criteria, we progress to a second round of sorting and grading in order to ascertain whether the potential applicants will be suitable for your business. We draw as much information as possible in an effort to deduce whether an applicant will fit in well at your business, taking into account the values and organisational culture of your company. This leaves us with a group of individuals who we, as recruiters, feel would be the ideal candidates to fill the vacancy at your company.
